Funeral services for Cecelia Ann Pelton are scheduled for Monday at 2:00 in the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Denise Balmer officiating, interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ardmore. Mrs. Pelton was born August 23, 1936 in Ardmore, Ok. to Lester and Mary Rutledge Lyles. She passed this life on May 5, 2011 at her residence in Ardmore. She and John Raymond Pelton were married on June 3, 1965 in Ardmore. He preceded her in death on November 21, 1993 she was also preceded in death by her Parents and a sister Norma Jean. Cecelia was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. She is survived by two daughter Fran Ryan and her husband Richard of Bryan, Tx., Carol Epperson and her husband Rick of Ardmore, and a sister Marilyn Simmons of Denton, Tx., six grandchildren Matthew, Mark, Gary, Rakita, Adam and John, eight Great Grandchildern and 1 Great Great Grandchild. A family visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday evening from 7-8 pm. Memorials can be left to Crosstimbers Hospice 207 C Street Ardmore. The family would like to especially thank Nurse Macceala Sandusky for her kindness and compassion.
