I feel so lost knowing BR has left us. Anyone who met Billy Ray or worked with Billy Ray or "hung out" with BR knew what a wonderful, joyous, kind man he was and so full of life. He never met a stranger and welcomed all into his life. The world will be a little smaller and not as much fun with BR gone.
I feel so lucky to have had BR in life and my life will never be the same knowing he won't be on the end of a phone line or an email. God Bless this wonderful gentleman.

Bill was a good friend and Air Force Buddy that I will miss. We had good times in Munich, Landstuhl, Paris, North Africa and even had time to have a beer. I have a few pictures of BR. One I really like is when he shaved of the beard. Looked alot like that young kid in the Air Force. Miss him to much already cause he always called me kid.
