Funeral services for Adolphine Holt are scheduled for Friday, August 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Dr. David Daniel officiating. Interment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Adolphine Marion Holt was born October 20, 1938, to Marie (Clements) and Kirby King Luton in Oklahoma City, OK. She passed from this life on August 8, 2025, at the age of 86.

Adolphine was a graduate of Ardmore High School in the class of 1956. On August 29, 1959, she married Dale Holt at the First Presbyterian Church of Ardmore. Adolphine and Dale spent many years living Tennessee and Missouri before retiring to  Ardmore 38 years ago. They were members of the First Methodist Church for several years. She worked as a bookkeeper for Dale's construction business. Adolphine was a special person who virtues lied in honesty and taking care of others. She was regularly active in the community working with CASA, her Church Clothes Closet, the Goddard Center and the food bank. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Adolphine was preceded in death by her parents Kirby and Marie Luton, and brothers Kirby K. Luton, Jr. and Larry Clements Luton.

She is survived by her husband Dale Holt and numerous nieces and nephews. Charlie Hodges, Merek Hodges, Rylan Hodges, Wadell Altom, Gary McCarthy, and Dale Holt will serve as pallbearers.
