Alyssa Lee Elliott was born as Gorn Tatiana Eduardovna on Monday July 5, 1999, in Novokuznetsk, Russia and died Sunday, July 9, 2023, in Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 24 years and 4 days.

At the age of two years old, John Scott and Michelle Joan (Rutter) Mason adopted Alyssa. There were many attributes to describe Alyssa but most importantly she was adventurous, outgoing, kind, joyful and had a contagious smile. She was smart, loved all animals, even taking in a black kitten while on a walk in the neighborhood. She danced ballet with the Shannon Crites Dance Studio for 13 years, played piano and loved singing and music. She played percussion in the Oklahoma Homeschool Band. She studied in the Vet Tech program at Murray State College. She worked for Dollar General and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ardmore.

Alyssa is survived by her daughter, Journey Elaine Elliott; parents, John Scott, and Michelle Joan Mason of Ardmore; brothers, Evan Scott Mason and his wife Emily of Ardmore, John Michael Mason, and his wife Abigail of Ardmore; grandparents, Jim & Laura Rutter and John Mason and Journey's father, Jordan Kelley Elliott.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 15, 2023, in the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Lee Rutter facilitating.
