Funeral services for Ann Williamson, age 76, are scheduled for Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 10:00AM at First Baptist Church in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Ann was born on March 12, 1945 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Joe & Rosa Wiggins. She joined Heaven's Choir on November 7, 2021. Ann joined the love of her life, Royce Williamson, in marriage on May 25, 1963. They were happily married for 58 years.
Ann was a talented vocalist who performed in church choir from a young age. She recorded three albums with the gospel quintet, Country Gospel. Ann was a loyal servant to the church, and used her voice in both worship and as a member of the First Baptist Church community. She served, along with her husband, in Southern Oklahoma Church Builders as a missionary in underserved locations across the United States. She and her husband served faithfully in The Gideons . Ann was also a talented floral designer, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Joe and Rosa Wiggins; and her sister, Donna Wiggins. She is survived by her husband, Royce Williamson; daughter, Lea Ann and husband, Jerry Satterfield; son, Randall and wife, Lori Williamson; beloved nephew, Gregg and wife, Michelle Parker; grandchildren, Derek Williamson, Caitlyn and husband, Andrew Harris, Erika and husband, Andrew Buster, Bryce and husband, Mason Heifner and Molly Williamson; great niece, Lauren Parker and cherished great-granddaughter, Jax Harris. Pallbearers will be Derek Williamson, Drew Buster, Michael Edwards, Mason Heifer, Rollie Ennis, Dwight Satterfield.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the following: Lottie Moon Christmas Offering at First Baptist Church, The Gideons at First Baptist Church, and Oklahoma Baptist Home for Girls in Madill, Oklahoma.
Funeral services will be preceded by a viewing at Craddock Funeral Home in Ardmore, Oklahoma on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 6:00PM to 7:00PM.
