Anna Lynn Lumpkin was born February 19th, 1947, in Ardmore, OK to Harold and Maidette Weichbrodt.  She passed this life on February 11th, 2024, surrounded by her siblings and her children.

On May 11th, 1968, she married the love of her life, Bill Lumpkin. For over 40 years, they worked side by side in his architectural firm, where she was the accountant and office manager. In May of 2018, they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, just prior to Bill's passing in June of the same year.

She was a 1965 graduate of Ardmore High School. After graduation, she attended the University of Oklahoma, and later graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a degree in accounting. Determined to be a full-time wife, mother, employee and student, she was able to accomplish her goal of graduating college before her son graduated high school.

Anna Lynn lived a vibrant life. She loved being a sister, wife, mother, Auntie Lynn, Lynn-Lynn, but most of all Granna. She enjoyed every day, and did so with grace, energy and love. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she welcomed family and friends alike to share in the excitement. Many people were blessed with wonderful Christmas memories at her home.

She absolutely loved living in Ardmore, where she was involved in many activities, clubs and organizations. She actively attended both the First Presbyterian Church and Milo Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing Bridge and Mah Jongg but more importantly she adored the friendships these games provided. She was a member of Ladies of the Leaf, AAUW, and way back when, the Dizzy Daisies.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

She is survived by her children: Matt Lumpkin and wife Natalie; daughter Ashley Ibarra and husband Tony; grandchildren: Talison Davis and husband Wade; Will Ibarra and fiancé Alexis Fraley and Jacob Ibarra; great-granddaughter Riley Davis; sister Brenda Heller and husband Robert, children: Morgan and Blake Barnes, Nick Heller and Brooklyn Heller; brother Randy Weichbrodt and wife Jana, children: Tara and Jake O'Connell and Marissa and Preston Wray; brother Jon Weichbrodt and wife Dusty, children: Noel and Elissa Weichbrodt, Paige and Trent Hudson, Zach and Elise Weichbrodt, Lydia Weichbrodt, Hannah Weichbrodt and Micah Weichbrodt; numerous great-nieces and nephews; step-grandchildren: Zach Withrow and Taylor Palermo; step-great grandchildren Stephen and Jazzlyn Bufkin; treasured friends Terri Holbrook and Vi Freeman.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, February 19th at 2:00 pm at the First Presbyterian Church, with Reverend Mary Ellen Waychoff and Pastor Mike Johnston officiating. The family will host a visitation on Sunday, February 18th from 7:00-8:30 pm at Craddock Funeral Home.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Devron Burum, Garyl Geist, Nick Heller, Robert Heller, Mike Hisey, Matt Lumpkin, Joe Oakman, and Steve Weichbrodt. Honorary Pallbearers will be Wade Davis, Marcus Klingsick, Michael Koziewicz, Mike McCulloh, and Zach Withrow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the Maidette Weichbrodt Fund for Single Parent Families at the Ardmore YMCA. Following the sudden death of Anna Lynn's father in 1966, family friends donated a membership to the YMCA that allowed Anna Lynn and her siblings to spend many joyful days at the Y. This was a life changing gift for the Weichbrodt family and in that same spirit, their wish is to provide the same opportunity for other single parent families.
