Bobby Gordon Jones passed from this life into the arms of his Lord and Savior on December 17, 2022.

Bobby was a man of great character who enjoyed being around people and touched so many lives.  His passion for his grandkids, the great outdoors, and his love of Christ was always apparent.

He was born August 12, 1949, in Sulphur, OK to Lindsey and Opal Ruth (King) Jones. He graduated from Sulphur High School in 1967, and then attended Murry State College.  He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1971, with a degree in Agriculture Education.

He and Linda Landgraf were married on July 17, 1971, in Madill, OK, and built a beautiful life together over their 51-year marriage as they grew their family to include daughter Amy.

Bobby enjoyed being an active member and deacon of the First Baptist Church of Ardmore, where his quiet service to others blessed so many people.

Bobby worked as the Area Sales Manager for Stillwater Milling Company for 46 years. He enjoyed the relationships he built with his customers, many who he thought of as his extended family. In 2018, Bobby was recognized for his extensive contributions to the Oklahoma beef industry and was named Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association's Cattleman of the Year, which is the highest honor that OCA bestows upon a member.

He is survived by his wife, Linda; daughter, Amy Holloway and her husband Erin of Waco, TX; Grandchildren Bryson and Brianna; brother in law Scott and his wife Janice Landgraf of Madill; brother in law Phillip and his wife Kathy Landgraf of Madill; and his nephews Jeff, Wes, Justin and Ladd Landgraf, all of who he adored.
