Carol Lee Resneder was born November 26, 1941, to Pearl White and Harry Taylor in Narrowsburg, NY. She passed from this life on November 14, 2023 at the age of 81.

Carol was a graduate of Narrowsburg Central High School in the class of 1959. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1979, with her Bachelor of Science in Home Economics, and then received her Master's Degree from East Central University.  On 13 December 1999 she married Patrick Resneder and will now and forever be together at rest. Carol retired from the State of Oklahoma as a dietician. They moved to Ardmore 2017 and became members of the First Methodist Church.

Carol was skilled at knitting and did so whenever she had a chance. She loved her family and spending time with them.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Pearl Taylor; her husband Patrick Resneder; and several siblings.

She is survived by her sons Eric Davis and his wife Rhonda of Ottawa, KS, J.D. Davis and his wife Rinna of Ewa Beach, HI, and Edward Davis of Ardmore, OK; daughter Roxanne Howell and her husband David of Temple, TX; stepdaughters Sherri Middick and Staci Hamstead; brothers Jeffery Taylor and Ray "Butch" Taylor; sister Joy Bertsch; and 9 grandchildren.

Graveside services are scheduled for Monday, November 20th at 11:00 a.m. at Hobart Rose Cemetery in Hobart, OK with Dr. David Daniel officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Craddock Funeral Home.

Mark Davis, Jeremy Davis, Silas Howell, Jon Anthony Davis, Jon Robert Davis, and Eric Davis will serve as pallbearers.
