Chester Benge was born on March 9, 1942, in Ravia, Oklahoma, to Ada and Dora Benge. He passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Chester attended Ravia public schools, and dedicated his life to his work as a truck driver. He was proud of the miles he traveled, the roads he knew by heart, and the stories those journeys brought with them.

On September 15, 1987, he married the love of his life, Daisy.

Chester was a true handyman, never happier than when he was tinkering with tools, or building something with his own two hands. He found joy in the simple things: fishing on quiet days, burning brush piles, piecing puzzles together, and sitting down for a good game of dominoes.

Chester treasured his time spent with family. He loved nothing more than being surrounded by the energy, smiles, and laughter of his great grandchildren.

Chester's life was one of grit, devotion, and love. He will be remembered for his hard work, his quick wit, and the way he showed up for the people he loved.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Daisy, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father Dora, his mother Ada and many siblings.
