Christine Marie Stringfellow

Christine Marie Stringfellow was born May 11, 1955 to Virginia (Marling) and Clarence Cravatt in Bakersfield, California. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 11, 2026 at the age of 71.

Christine met Donald on December 31st,1995. Her and Donald were together for 26 years. They made their home in Ardmore and were faithful members of the Memorial Christian Church.

She had a career in the medical field for a short time as a CNA at Brookside Nursing Home.

Christine was a proud citizen of the Chickasaw Nation and came from a long line of family members of the Chickasaw Nation.

In her early years, she was an avid swimmer and was one of 35 students representing Oklahoma at the 1972 National Special Olympics in Los Angeles. She medaled in 2 of her competitions.

She enjoyed watching her favorite shows like Walker Texas Ranger, Law & Order and Westerns. She also loved listening to her favorite singer Elvis.

She had made many friends and enjoyed spending time with her Family and most of all she loved her dogs. She brought love and joy to all who knew her.

She is survived by her sons, Phillip and wife Kristen; Matt and his wife Cynthia; Grandchildren, Brianna, Madison, Abigayle, Emma, Gavin, Preston, Alaina, and Greyson; Great Grandchildren, Maxston, Rickie Jr, and Savior.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, August 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Charles Tate officiating. Lunch will be served following the service at The Chickasaw Nation Community Center located at 907 Locust St. in Ardmore.
