Clendon Kyle Nelson was born August 17, 1982, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He entered the Kingdom of Heaven on June 16, 2026, at the age of 43.

Clendon was raised by Evelyn and Calvin "Si" Nelson and was a graduate of Tishomingo High School, Class of 2001. He worked for the Choctaw Nation at the Durant Casino.

Clendon enjoyed life's simple pleasures and valued the people around him. He loved fishing, shooting guns, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. He had a naturally curious mind and enjoyed researching conspiracy theories and topics that sparked his interest. Those who knew Clendon will remember his unique perspective, the conversations he shared, and the enjoyment he found in spending time with those he cared about.

Clendon was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn and Calvin Nelson.

 He is survived by his brothers, Quintine Nelson and Calvin Nelson, along with other family members and friends who will cherish his memory and miss him dearly.

The family plans to hold a Celebration of Life at a future date when loved ones from near and far can gather together to remember and celebrate Clendon's life. The Celebration of Life details will be announced once arrangements have been finalized.

Though Clendon's earthly journey has ended, his family finds comfort in the hope of Jesus Christ and the promise of eternal life. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
