Connie Louise Thompson was born on September 12, 1949 to Betty Louise (West) and Thomas Wayne Shelton at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City being the oldest of six girls. She passed from this life on April 1, 2018 at the age of 68.

On April 6, 1970, she met the love of her life, Tim Thompson, and 50 days later they were married. Connie enjoyed spending time with her family, genealogy, gardening, reading, and cooking.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Betty Shelton; and sister Pat McMurtrey.

She is survived by her husband Tim Thompson; son Kenny Thompson and his wife Andrea; daughter Tina Hartman; grandchildren Krickett Cantrell, Vincent Rhodes, Logan Thompson, Sean Thompson, Sydnie Hartman, and Nathen McClure; great granddaughter Ivy McClure and another great granddaughter on the way; sisters Jeanie Robinson and Robbie Scheppert and her husband Joel; and honorary brother Travis Roberts and his wife Diana.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 6th at 10:00 a.m. at the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Travis Roberts officiating.
