Creed was born September 14, 2022 to Alexis Spradling and Cody Hartman at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, OK. He passed away October 2, 2022 in his home in Lone Grove, OK at 18 days old.

Creed loved looking around, with his bright baby blue eyes. His most favorite thing was smiling at his 2 older brothers and older sister.

He loved being held by his Momma, Daddy, Grandmother Lisa, Aunt Macey, and Aunt Dustie.

Creed is survived by his mother and father Alexis Spradling and Cody Hartman of the home; siblings Liberty, Cody (Jr.) Hartman, Wesson Hartman-Spradling of the home, Grandmother and Grandfather Lisa Hartman and Dale Bidel of Ardmore, OK, Great Grandmother Virginia Cooper of Ardmore, OK, Aunt and Uncle Macey Buckaloo and Sam Swilling of Lone Grove, OK, Aunt and Uncle Dustie and Steven Upton of Ardmore, OK, and numerous other family members and friends.

Creed is preceded in death by his grandfather Leonard Hartman, great grandmother and great grandfather Kathy and Roy Householder, great grandmother and great grandfather Cathy and Bobby Spradling, Grandmother Melissa Fowler, along with numerous other family members.

Honorary pallbearers are Dre Gresham, Sammy Williams, Steven Upton, Sam Swilling, Macey Buckaloo Jennifer Craft, Cameron Sanders, Penny Batson, Phyllis and Joe Wilder, and Kylie Craft.
