Obituary

David Ray Elmore was born May 18th, 1958 in Ardmore, OK, Husband to Kelly Glenn Elmore of Kingston, OK and Son of Jerry and Donna Elmore of Ardmore, OK. David passed from us, in a very quick untimely manner, late Thursday night, May 10th, 2018 minutes after arriving home by transport at the age of 59. He accomplished his goal of getting back home.

David loved Lake Texoma area and the people surrounding it. He spent most of his life boating on this lake with his family and friends. He also was a Porsche and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He was a world renowned steak chef, known by great aficionados around the globe. (I remember finding in the seat of an American Airlines flight out of LA where a listing of the top steakhouses were. On the number one location someone crossed out the number one stop and wrote in "Sanford's of Lake Texoma, by David Elmore, the BEST!!!") He loved spending time with his six dogs and nothing was better than lying around with all that fluff loving around on him. But David's very best day was meeting his wife Kelly with whom he spent over 20 years of marriage. He loved and adored her with all his heart and being.

David is survived by his wife Kelly Glenn Elmore, parents Jerry and Donna Elmore, brother Rick, and two nieces Lauren Scales an Jordan Kingsley and many friends.
