On November 1st of 1961, the stars shined a little brighter the day Debra Lynn Vaughn (Acota) Mills was born. She was born to her father Robert and mother Christine Vaughn. She was the older of her two sisters, Nancy Mutchek and Sandy Floyd. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandma (gramzie, maw), great-grandma (Naw-Naw) granddaughter, sister, daughter, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. To know her was to love her. She was a free spirit with the purest heart and a wild soul. She loved spending time with her family more than anything else. She was the rock that kept everyone close to her safe and the most selfless person you'd meet. Debra gained her wings and floated to the Heavens on October 6th 2021. Her passing is not a goodbye, but a see you later. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who hold her dear. "Her love is like the wind, you can't see it, but you can feel it."

She is survived by her husband, Jessie Acota; daughters, Michelle Bean and Heather Bray; son, Michael Mills; granddaughters, Moriah Bean, Kenzleigh Bean and Liberty Bean, Wintor and Timbor Bray; grandsons, Charlie And Jaden Bean, Trevor and Zandor Bray, and Mike and Gabe Mills and great-grandson, Ridge Bean and sister, Sandy Floyd and husband, Milton; mother and father, Robert and Christine Vaughn; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Mutchek and her first husband, Michael Mills I.

Celebration of life Memorial service will be held at Craddock Funeral Home, Monday, October 11th, at 2 PM.
