Elizabeth Rose Coble

Funeral services for Elizabeth Rose Coble are scheduled for Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Daniel officiating.  Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will host a visitation on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 at the funeral home.

Elizabeth Rose Allen was born November 5, 1934 in Ardmore, Ok. to Clarence Elmer and Hettie E. (Sperry) Allen. Elizabeth (Libby) Married Carl James Coble on May 16, 1953. She passed this life on Dec. 16, 2018 at Elmbook Home in Ardmore. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Carl Coble.

She graduated from Ardmore High School in 1952. At her 55th High School Reunion more than one classmate said," I would have never made it through High School without Elizabeth's help." Libby worked in the Accounting Department at Montgomery Wards until retirement. Libby attend Maranatha Baptist Church and for the last several years the First United Methodist Church. Libby loved her family and friends. She would sacrifice her own needs and desires to put a smile on our faces. Her Cup Runneth over with love for all.

She is survived by her children; Tom Coble and his wife Kim of Ardmore, Ron Coble and his wife Sherri of Frisco, TX., Carla Colwell and husband Don of Tomball, TX., Richard Coble and his wife Lisa of Ardmore; grandchildren, Brett Coble and wife Lara of Ardmore, Meghann Lodes and husband Jason of Ardmore, Jon Coble of Bedford, Tx, Jennifer Tauss and husband Ryan of Rockwall, TX., Amy Gonzales and husband Mark of Denver Co., Natasha Thompson and husband Brett of Edmond, Ok., Elizabeth Wilcox and husband Bryan, Oklahoma City Julie Berggren and husband Matt of Oklahoma City; Great Grandchildren, Lilyann Hobbs, Mary Kate Coble, Jay Lodes & Macie Coble, Oliver and Elliot Tauss; Lexi, Bella Thompson and numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Brett Coble, Jon Coble, Ryan Tauss, Jason Lodes, Brett Thompson, Byran Wilcox.
Honorary bearers will be Matt Berggren and Mark Gonzales.

Memorials can be left to the First Methodist Church or to Cross Timber Hospice, 207 "C" Street N.W. Ardmore.

The family would like to thank the Suites of Elmbrook and the Elmbrook Home for the wonderful care you gave to our mother and grandmother for the past 17 years and also, for Cross Timbers Hospice for their great care for the past few weeks.
