Memorial graveside services for Gary Wayne Harris are scheduled for Saturday October 5, 2024, 2:00 pm in Young Cemetery with Rev. Jody Ham officiating.

Gary was born December 8, 1953, in Ardmore to Harold G. "Scooter" and Carolyn Ruth (Young) Harris.  He passed this life on September 19, 2024, in his hometown of Ardmore. He was a 1972 graduate of Ardmore High School and attended UCO.

Survivors include his sister, Jeanna Gaither and her husband Virgil of Ardmore, 2 nephews and 1 niece, H. Matthew Harris and his wife Jennifer of Edmond, Charlie Gaither and his wife Amanda and Carrie Newcomb and her husband Darin of Ardmore. 8 great nieces and nephews, Carter and Abby Harris, Wyatt, Quinn and Audra Hacker, Talt Newcomb, Cade and Caroline Gaither. Sister-in-Law, Lynette Patterson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Scooter and Carolyn Harris, Brother, Harold Ray Harris and both maternal and paternal grandparents.

Memorial may be left to the Ardmore Animal care, 321 Carol Brown Dr. Ardmore, ok.
