Haisley Grace Leverett was born February 6, 2023 in Ardmore, OK to Dariel Leverett and Scotty Maxey. She passed from this life on April 7, 2023.

Though Haisley's life was short lived, her time with those who loved her will never be forgotten. She brought so much joy into her family's life and she will forever remain in their hearts.

She is survived by her parents Dariel Leverett and Scotty Maxey; sister Alora Leverett; grandparents Engrid Leverett, Aaron Irvan, Chris and Cat Smith, and April and Santee Wade; aunts Aneveya Leverett, Emmoree Leverett, Christian Rodriguez, and Libby May; uncles Jaden Payne and Dayn May; great grandparents Pat and Charles May; and godparents Hailey and Landon Peery.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, April 13 ^th at 2:00 p.m. at the Craddock Memorial Chapel with  Pastor Paul Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Craddock Funeral Home.
