Graveside services for Harold Walker are scheduled for Friday, June 28th at 10:00 a.m. at Springer Cemetery with Jared Parris officiating.

Harold D. Walker was born February 16, 1936 to Lilly Mae (Thornberg) and Albert Walker in Springer, OK. He passed from this life on June 25, 2024 at the age of 88.

Harold attended Springer Public Schools as a child. He married Nelta Pigg on March 31, 1958. From this marriage they had three children, Dean, Kenney, and Joy. Harold worked at the Lazy S Ranch and surrounding ranches throughout his life. He took pride in his job as a cowboy.

Harold was a skilled craftsman, especially in woodworking and as a blacksmith, and enjoyed working until his final days. He was loved by his family and will be sorely missed.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Lilly Mae and Albert Walker; wife Nelta Walker; and 6 brothers.

He is survived by his sons Arvil "Dean" Walker and his wife Annette and Kenney J. Walker and his wife Tammy Jo; daughter Joy Annette St. John; brothers Gary Lane Walker and Leland Walker; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Jimmy Dale Walker, Erick Walker, Tre Martin, Izaiah Martin, Tyler Woodward, and Trevor Woodward will serve as pallbearers.
