Graveside services for Jack Dale Osborne of Ardmore, Oklahoma will be held at 11:00 am Thursday April 18, 2024, at the Berwyn Cemetery, Gene Autry, Oklahoma with Chaplain Matt Benedict officiating.

Jack was born Wednesday December 28, 1927, in Shamrock, Oklahoma to William L. and Nancy Elizabeth (Green) Osborne and departed this life on Thursday April 11, 2024, in Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 96 years, 3 months and 14 days.

Jack worked primarily as a Production Forman in the oilfields. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving during World War II and Korea. He married Mary Jo Stringer on October 16, 1949, and she preceded him in death on November 20, 2017. They were married for almost 68 years. He had lived in the Ardmore area since 2004.

Besides his wife he is preceded in death by eight siblings; son Jack Dale Osborne Jr. He is survived by his son, Ed Osborne and his wife Beth of Abilene, Texas; daughter Belinda Pickens and her husband Johnny of Colorado; and grandchildren Daizy Jo Osborne of Lubbock, Texas, Abe Pickens of Colorado, Manie Pickens of Colorado, Melissa  Ford and her husband Scott of Hurst, TX and Jack Dale Osborne III of Fort Worth, Texas.
