James "Jimmy" Kenneth Wright

Funeral services with Masonic rites for James "Jimmy" Kenneth Wright will be Wednesday, August 21, 2019, 2:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Elmore officiating. Interment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 7-8 PM at Craddock Funeral Home. Jimmy was born December 6, 1960 at Lubbock, Texas to James Wesley Wright and Lynda (McMullin) Wright. He passed from this life on August 18, 2019 at his home surrounded by family at the age of 58. Jimmy was a lifelong resident of this area. He graduated from Dickson High School in 1979. After graduation he went to carpentry school at the Vo-Tech and got a job with Lumbermans  Millwork Supply and Hudson Houston. Jimmy then went to work at County Building Center where he has worked since September of 1996. He and Darla Nell Tabor were married in Las Vegas on March 10, 1992. Jimmy was a 32 nd degree Master Mason and Shriner. He was also the past Master at Creekmore lodge #74. He loved his family and spending time with them. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, golf, Nascar and building all kinds of things. He was always kind, generous, willing to help anyone and never met a stranger. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Arby D. and LaVerne McMullin, John Wesley and Cleo Wright, uncle; Dee McMullin, great grandparents; Jim and Eula Ezell.

Jimmy is survived by his wife Darla of the home, son; Cameron Wright and fiancé Mikell Cozad of Broken Arrow, OK., father; James W. Wright and mother Lynda Wright of Ardmore, brothers; Robert Wright and wife Debbie of Ardmore, Ronnie Wright of Ardmore, brother-in-law; William Tabor and wife Michele of New Castle, OK., sister-in-law; Betty Miller and husband Dennis of Healdton, OK., nieces and nephews; Jayme Wright, Emily Palmer, Alexis Wright, Alivia Wright, Clint Miller, Marie Couch, Kyle Tabor, Kayleigh Wilson, Nash Tabor, great nephew;  Sylas Palmer "Little Jimmy", and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Cal Blackwell, Bill Flanagan, Steve Bean, Ron Crosby, Warren Herriott, Michale Haggard, Patrick McGuire, Todd Chester.

Honorary pallbearers are the employees at County Building Center, Lumbermans Millwork Supply, Eric Conway, Harold Julian, Will Tabor and Kyle Tabor.
