Jeffrey Jay Palmer was born to A. J. Palmer and Nell Rose (Thomason) Palmer on January 16, 1955, in Miami, Oklahoma. Jeff went to his heavenly home on November 14, 2023. For many years, Jeff was a beloved hotel manager in Grove, Oklahoma. In his spare time, you could find Jeff hunting deer or fishing in ponds and lakes. Jeff was a proud member of the Mississippi Choctaw Tribe. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. No services are planned at this time.
