Jeri Lyn Lipe Watts was born on July 14th, 1942 in Madill, OK to Jack Lipe and Jim Evelyn Ware. She passed from this life on September 27, 2018 in Ardmore. She was raised in Tulsa, OK and then married Robert Wendyl Watts on April 5th, 1959.  Jeri and Robert began their life together in Norman, OK until Robert finished his degree at the University of Oklahoma in 1961.  They moved to Madill after his graduation with their 2 daughters, Robbie Lyn and Laura Lee.  Paul Wendyl Watts II and Robert Wendyl Watts II were born in Madill to Jeri making her the proud mother of all four of her children. She had 3 beautiful grandchildren, Makenzie, Chase and Tanner and a great-granddaughter, Makena Lyn, who always made her smile.

Jeri loved attending all of her kid's sporting events.  She will be remembered most for her cheering them and their friends on and even running up and down the bleachers a few times trying to help her kids cross the finish line first!  Her voice and laughter will be missed.

Jeri is survived by her daughter, Laura Lawrence, her son, Rob Watts, her grandchildren, Makenzie Brown, Chase Brooks, and Tanner Lawrence and her great-granddaughter, Makena Brown.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Lipe; her mother, Jim Evelyn Ware; her stepfather, Bill Ware; her daughter, Robbie Lyn Brooks; her son, Paul Wendyl Watts II, and her sister, Jackie Lipe Simms.

In memory of Jeri the family would love contributions to be made to "Robbie's Chase" an annual race formed in honor of her daughter, Robbie.
