Jerry Lee Howell was born August 7, 1942 to Bertha Mildred (Eberhart) and Curtis Lee Howell in Vandevoot, Arkansas. He passed from this life on April 25, 2023 at the age of 80.

In November of 1971 he married Carol Shelton. Jerry spent the majority of his career as a store clerk at Karry-Out-Korner. In May of 2005, Jerry married Marilyn Johnson, following the passing of Carol.

Jerry enjoyed spending time outdoors. He loved fishing, splitting wood, and farming. In his later years he rode in the ice cream truck with Hippie. The most important thing to Jerry was spending time with his family.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Howell and Bertha Pace and her husband John Pace; wives Carol Howell and Marilyn Howell; children Tommy, Jeff, and Paula Tilton, and Tammy Cardwell; siblings Jimmy Howell, John Pace, and Mary Brace; and great granddaughter Ezra O'Donnell.

He is survived by his sons Jerry Howell, Jr. and his wife Connie, Kelly Howell, Timothy Howell, and David Kelton; daughters Andrea Kelton and Becky Farmer; brother Herman Buyner; sister Janie Randolph; 21 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 29 ^th at 10:00 a.m. at the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Eugene Bellard officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Craddock Funeral Home.
