Jerry Lee Swanson was born June 1, 1971 in Clinton, Oklahoma to Kenneth Lee Swanson and Rose Rosella (Valdez) Swanson. He passed from this life on November 28, 2020 in Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 49. Jerry grew up in Davis, OK until the 6 ^th grade when his family moved to Farmington, New Mexico.  He was a State Champion in BMX bike racing there. Jerry was also involved in boxing, Nascar, and numerous other activities while growing up. He worked as a drywall carpenter for many years with various contractors.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth Lee and Rose Rosella, and his maternal and fraternal grandparents. He is survived by his cousins; Molly Jones and husband Joe of Ardmore, OK, Martha Casey and husband David of Hennepin, OK., Judy Cline and husband Bobby of  Davis, OK., numerous other cousins, several nieces, nephews, and special friends in New Mexico.
