Judith G. Woerz, age 84, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord on June 11, 2025.
Born on March 8, 1941, in Clinton, Oklahoma, Judy was the daughter of Cleveland G. ("Bill") and Ruth Hyden. She was married to the late Ronnie R. Woerz, with whom she raised four children: Ronald Paul, Marc, Kristin, and David — each a source of immense pride and joy.
She is survived by three of her children: Ronald P. Woerz of Ardmore, Kristin W. She was preceded in death by her beloved son Marc in 2020.
Judy was an avid gardener who could grow anything — her stunning azaleas in Dornick Hills were the envy of the neighborhood. She had a deep love for travel including time at her beach house in Charleston. Mostly she cherished time spent with family and friends.
After the passing of her husband in 1979, Judy, being a strong woman, owned and operated Ardmore Electric Supply, keeping the business running for future generations.
During her illness, she was surrounded by the love, care, and unwavering support of her devoted family and friends. Her strength, humor, faith, and deep love for her family and God will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14 at 10:00 am at the First Methodist Church with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday June 13 from 6 to 7:00 p.m. At the Craddock Funeral Home.
