Funeral Services for Judy Mae Webb will be at 11:00 AM Saturday June 1, 2024, in the Craddock Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Aaron Alvarez officiating and burial will follow at Lone Cedar Cemetery with Garrett Pickens, Tabor Knight, Casey Smithers, Shaun Shugart, Ralph Beck, and Gregory Grant serving as pallbearers.

Judy was born Wednesday November 27, 1946, in Ardmore, Oklahoma to H. D. and Maudie Marie (Coslett) Epperson and died Friday May 24, 2024, in Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 77 years, 5 months and 27 days.

Judy graduated from Dickson High School with the class of 1965. She then attended Southeastern in Durant and graduated in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and followed that with a Master of Behavioral Studies in 1975. She received many awards and accolades during her 40 years of Social Work, most notably the 2006 Oklahoma Outstanding Home Care Professional. She worked with patients all across the State and to her they were not just patients, but family until the day she passed away! Her hobbies included ALL things family! She especially loved teaching her grandchildren how to cook and build things. She was a collector of everything because someone might need it one day.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lloyd Epperson; sister, Joyce Hitchcock; stepfather, Leon Nester; half-brother, Harold Epperson; half sister, Josephine England. She is survived by her husband, Douglas O'Dell Webb; son, Casey Smithers and his wife Kathy; daughter, DeeDee Hunter; grandchildren, Madison Jones, Carlee Jones, Shaun Shugart and his wife Cassie, Sarah Vineyard; 11 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; Special Buddy Ralph Beck; brother, Richard Epperson and his wife Carol; sisters, Shirley Elles, Marie Harris and her husband Dan, Barbara Jo Hodges; step sister, Mary Nester and wife Mary Lou; sisters-in-law, Ann Epperson-Ritchey and her husband Wendall, Freda Lee; special neighbor family, Taffy Hembree and Brenda Renfro and a sister-in-love, Bobbye Dudley.

The family wants to extend a special heartfelt thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Mercy Ardmore that took such loving care of her and to the whole family and all that came to visit her.
