Kathleen Ann Palmer

Kathleen Ann Palmer was born in El Paso, TX on Aug. 23, 1956. She and husband Craig Palmer met in Vinita, OK where they both graduated high school and soon after got married.

Kathleen made a career for herself working for Ardmore City Schools. Starting out in the cafeteria, she worked her way up to the administration office as one of the main people in charge of the child nutrition program. She worked for Ardmore schools for 20 years when she retired in 2014.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Craig and their 2 daughters, Melany Rouse and Christina Lathum, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Kathleen loved working out in the yard and planting flowers. Mostly she loved spending time with her family which she loved dearly and always cherished. The grandkids all knew her as Nana and she held a special close relationship with each of them. Kathleen was not ready for her time here to be done but God had greater plans for her in heaven and she will be greatly missed by all.

Memorial services will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Craddock Memorial Chapel with Don Ray Thomason officiating.
