Memorial service for Kathryn Elizabeth Vineyard Pearson will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the Dickson Baptist Church with Pastor John Hatfield officiating.

Kathy was born August 14, 1958, in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Margaret DeHart and G. W. Vineyard. She worked many years at Uniroyal before starting a career at Wal-Mart where she made many friends. Her brother Gary called her Sam and so did many of her friends. She was very competitive and loved watching football, playing softball, basketball, and bowling. She enjoyed laughing, cutting up and spending time with her family and friends. Her door was always open to everyone.

Kathy is survived by her daughter, Nicole Rogers and her husband Calvin; grandchildren, Karmany Pearson, Brayleigh and Braden Thompson, Dakota Griver; two older brothers, Gary Vineyard, David Vineyard, and his wife Pat; sister, Sherry Parrott; younger brother, Bill Willis, and his husband Joseph; stepsisters, Rita Philpot, Belinda Tate, and her husband Jim; stepbrother, Steve Waterson and many nieces and nephews.
