Kenneth Lee Sutherland was born April 20, 1938 to Myrtle (Holcolmb) and James Sutherland in Atoka, Oklahoma.  He passed from this life on February 6, 2022 at the age of 83.  Kenneth was a graduate of Atoka High School in the class of 1956.  Upon graduation he attended Southeastern University.

On September 25, 1960 Kenneth married Lenora Sanders in Atoka, Oklahoma.  Kenneth began his lifelong career in the oilfield supply industry after their marriage in Salem, IL.  From their marriage they had three children Kenny, Cheryl and Debbie.  Kenneth was also a 32nd degree Mason.

In his earlier days Kenneth was an avid outdoorsman.  He spent as much time as he could fishing and hunting.  Kenneth also enjoyed reading his paper from top to bottom every morning.  Above anything else, he loved his family most of all.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, Lenora Sutherland; son Kenny Sutherland; parents James and Myrtle Sutherland; son-in-law Harvey Brown; 1 sister and 1 brother.

He is survived by his daughters Cheryl Brown and Debbie Caraway and her husband Mark; grandchildren Ashley Jansing, Callie Brown, Clayton Brown, Colton Brown, Chance Caraway and Conner Caraway; and great-grandchildren Mikhi Caraway and Brynlee Caraway and a special friend Lula Pierce.

Graveside services are scheduled for Friday, February 11th at 2:00p.m. at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Healdton with Michael Caraway officiating.
