Linda Shumaker was born April 2, 1957 to Mary Ellen (Braden) and Owen Loftis in Oklahoma City, OK. She passed from this life on February 8, 2022 at the age of 64.

Linda was a graduate from Plainview High School in the class of 1975. She began working at Martin's Eye Clinic as an optometrist assistant for several years. Linda then worked at the Medical Arts Clinic until she retired. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Mary Ellen Loftis; and brother, Tom Loftis.

She is survived by her son, J.R. Royall; granddaughter, Sadie Royall; grandson, Camden Hopp, Sammy Shumaker and his wife, Anvie; grandson, Cannon Shumaker; and her boyfriend of 22 years, Jimmy Long.
