A Funeral Mass for Maria Rita Enriquez will be held Tuesday, June 17th at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Kevin Ratterman and Deacon Juan Jimenez officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. A Rosary will begin Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. with a visitation to follow at Craddock Funeral Home.

Maria Rita Enriquez was born November 7, 1927 to Candida (Larraga) and Wulfrano Enriquez in Aquismon, Mexico. She passed from this life on June 13, 2025 at the age of 97.

Rita was a hardworking and caring mother and grandmother. She was an honest, strong independent woman. Rita grew up on a farm, tending to livestock. In search of a better life for her and her daughter, she moved to Oklahoma. Her perseverance paved the way for her entire family. She will be missed dearly and never forgotten.

Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Wulfrano and Candida Enriquez; grandson Julio Garcia; and numerous brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her only daughter, Benita Garcia Enriquez and her husband Alejandro Garcia; granddaughters Alejandra Garcia and her fiancé Brannon Ramsey, Sofia Garcia Bruner and her husband Cameron Bruner, parents of Julianna Belen and Madeleine Anahi Bruner, Flora Luz Garcia, and Monica Garcia; grandson Cuauhtemoc Garcia; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Julio Enriquez, Jose Rincon, Heliodoro Enriquez, Cuauhtemoc Garcia, Abraham Enriquez, and Valentine Enriquez will serve as pallbearers.
