Funeral services for Martha Craig are scheduled for Saturday, January 31st, at 1:00 p.m. at Emmanual Baptist Church with Pastor John Roberts officiating. Interment will follow at Clearview Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Martha Craig was born July 24,1950 to Mamie (Waddle) and Johnny Biggers in Ardmore, OK. She passed from this life on January 19, 2026 at the age of 75.

Martha was a graduate of Ardmore Douglass High School in the class of 1968. She married Verdie Craig on August 30, 1969 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Martha worked several jobs throughout her life including Bealls and Ardmore City Schools as a bus driver. She was a member of the Warren Memorial United Methodist Church.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Mamie and Johnny Biggers; son Verdie Craig, Jr.; brothers Arthur Biggers, Milton Herd, Sr., Luther Herd, Eugene Biggers, and Johnny Fred Biggers; and sister Barbara Biggers McCoy.

She is survived by her husband Verdie Craig, Sr.; daughters Carol Craig and Kynita Wilson Randle (Corey); sons, Brandon Craig, and Keith Craig; brother Jerry Biggers, Sr. and his wife Carol; and grandchildren Tre Boyd, T'Anne Boyd, Marquitta Oliver, and Jonathan Oliver.

Nephews Dewayne Davis, Joshua Russell, Bren Palmer, Jaylin Gilmore, John Knight, Jr., Raymond Jackson, Dock Humphrey, and Deaun Humphrey will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are the class of 1968.
