Stevan Michael "Mike" Rush, long time resident of Ardmore, Oklahoma was born to doting parents William Henry Rush & Joan Ralls Rush on April 25th 1951 joining a loving big sister Linda. He grew up in Tishomingo working at his family's grocery store, Rush Brothers Grocery from the age of 11 until the store was sold in 1974. He graduated from Tishomingo High School, class of 1969, Murray State College and then went on to Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He married the love of his life and constant companion, Paula Converse in 1974 and moved to Ardmore where he was employed by Uniroyal/Michelin until a tragic accident forced him into medical retirement in 1997. He was a lifelong lover of technology and was a very early internet adopter who was always his friend's go-to for computer advice. He also loved to share his encyclopedic knowledge of 60's & 70's muscle cars. His 1965 fastback Mustang & 1970 Mach I Mustang attracting many visitors to his home.

He is survived by his wife Paula of the home, daughter Courtney Rush-Park and her husband Richard Park of Montreal Quebec, Zoe Rush Vargas of Whitewrite, Texas, Merrick Vargas of College Station, Texas, Noèmi and Loïc Park of Montreal, Quebec, and his beloved sister Linda Rush Thomas of Edmond, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents and much loved niece, Kelly Lynn Thomas.
