Funeral services for Patsy Lou Jack are scheduled for Saturday, January 21, 2023, at 10:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4123 Prairie Valley Road, Ardmore, Oklahoma with Bishop Christopher Riley officiating. Burial will follow at Provence Cemetery, 1201 Provence Road, Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Patsy Lou Jack was born July 18, 1938, in Winganon, Oklahoma to Champ Clark "Gar" and Blanche Ridenour Martin. She passed away on January 16, 2023, at her home in Ardmore. She graduated from High School in Childers, Oklahoma. She married Haskell Alvin Jack on November 21, 1956, at Nowata, Oklahoma. She was a mother and a homemaker. She was a gifted quilter, seamstress and needleworker. She had a passion for gardening, canning and especially loved watching the bird and deer at the family farm. But most of all she loved her husband and family. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she actively served in many different capacities.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and grandchildren, Julia Rose Barr, and Maxwell David Barr. She is survived by her husband, Haskell Jack; children, Cynthia Dianne Kuper (Jeff), Vicki Lynne Seidl (Fred), Laura Lee Hughes (Tom), Susan Camille Jack (Sydney Ham), Patricia Beth Barr (David), Christopher Martin Jack; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be at Craddock Funeral Home, Friday, January 20, 2023, from 5:00pm until 7:00 pm.
