Services for Ralph "Cobo" Johnston are scheduled for Wednesday, June 7th at 2:00 p.m. at the Milo Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Johnston officiating. Interment will follow at Milo Cemetery.

Ralph "Cobo" Colbert Johnston was born August 10, 1935 to Elba "Cutchie" (Johnson) and Richard "R.J." Johnston in Milo, OK. He passed from this life on June 2, 2023 at the age of 87.

Cobo was a graduate of Graham High School in the class of 1953. On December 24th, 1954 he married Juanelle McMahon in Ardmore, OK. Drafted to the Army for two years, he continued his work in construction and other jobs. Working for Overland Corporation, and various other ranchers or companies,  he would always find someone to help.

Cabo enjoyed playing cards, visiting with people, and golfing in his younger days. You would often catch him on his dozer, working on the next project. Cabo liked spending his free time outside on the patio, drinking wine, eating peppers and sharing  old stories with his family.

Cabo was preceded in death by his parents R.J. and Cutchie Johnston; and several siblings.

He is survived by his wife Juanelle Johnston; son David Johnston; grandson Milo Johnston and partner Neshia Crane; brother Bill Johnston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
