Rebecca (Becky) Garner, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on June 26th at the age of 81. Born and raised in Hudson Falls, NY, she made her home in Ardmore, Oklahoma living a blessed life defined by love for her family and a special curiosity for her 10 grandchildren.

She is survived by husband of 44 years, Robert Barnett Garner, children Donnie and Katie Amorosi and Stephanie Garner, grandchildren Sam, Gus, Grace and Claire Arnold, Addison, Avery and Ashbey Amorosi, Kaiden Garner and Taylon Guthrie and preceded in death by her grandson Archer Amorosi and parents Janet and Edward.

Known for her devotion to teaching children with special needs and sharing her love for painting and drawing, Becky captured the hearts and imaginations of southern Oklahomans from one generation to next. She will be remembered for her joy in exploring the world and capturing it all in her art. She leaves a legacy of seeing beauty in everyday moments and hope beyond each sunrise.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd at 10 AM at Craddock Funeral Home, Ardmore, OK.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Meals on Wheels America.
