Roxie Louise Kerr's Obituary
Funeral services for Roxie Louise Kerr will be Wednesday, February 6, 2019 11:00 AM in the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Yeager officiating. Interment will follow at Gene Autry Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday evening from 6-7 PM at the funeral home. Roxie was born October 6, 1945 in Grandfield, Oklahoma to Charles T. Crawford and Arzula (McMannus) Crawford. She passed from this life on January 31, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 73. She and Syd Kerr were married August 1985 in Ardmore. Roxie enjoyed traveling in the RV with Syd and their dog Penny. She retired as a bookkeeper from their business at Kerr Kountry RV's.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Arzula and a sister Mary Edith Pannell. Roxie is survived by her husband Syd of the home; son Charles Childress and wife Cheryle of Ardmore; sister June Vargas of Dickson; grandchildren Ashley Casas and husband Javier of Mannsville, Thomas Childress of Ardmore; great grandchildren Bentley Casas, Creed Casas both of Mannsville and numerous other relatives and friends. She will be missed by many. Pallbearers will be Carson Pettifer, Dillon Powers, Chris Vargas, Chloe Forguson, Angela Vargas, Javier Casas.
