Ruby Marie Dollar was born the ninth of ten children, January 10, 1928 to John and Ida Lee (Hussey) Vaughan in Tishomingo, OK. She made her journey to be with the Lord in her home in the Elmbrook Suites on July 9, 2021, at the age of 93.
Ruby grew up in Legate, OK and graduated from Dickson High School in the class of 1946. She worked at Doctor Humberto Vidiallet Pediatric Clinic, retiring in 1993. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ida Lee Vaughan; son, Bobby Dollar; 2 infant sons; granddaughter-in-law, Tawni Preston; sisters, Ollie Mae, Sylvia, Opal, Vera Mae, and Nina;brothers, Odis, George, Houser, and Bob.
