Funeral services for Ruth Marie Minyard will be Monday, November 11, 2019 2:00 PM at the McLish Church of Christ with Joseph Harris officiating. Interment will be at Provence Cemetery. Ruth was born January 24, 1921 at Hatton, Arkansas to Edwin Louis Eberhart and Nettie Irene (Webb) Eberhart. She passed from this life on November 6, 2019 in Ardmore at the age of 98. She was a lifelong resident of this area. She and William Franklin (Bill) Minyard were married in Hugo, OK on September 13, 1940. He has preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. Ruth enjoyed crocheting, quilting, working in her flower beds and vegetable garden. She loved to share her canned vegetables with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Edwin Eberhart, mother; Irene Morgan, son; George Louis  Minyard, daughters; Hattie Marie Williams, Linda Kay Jones, brother; Warren Eberhart, sisters; Bertha Pace, Ona Fay Douthit, and Vivian Estacio.

Ruth is survived by her son –in-laws; Charles Wiliams and Larry Jones of Ardmore and numerous nieces, nephews and others family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Michael Minyard, David Minyard, Ray Douthit, Skip Douthit, Mark Minyard, Gary Minyard, Roger Douthit.
