Samuel David Turner V was born January 18, 1998 to Shannon (Jim) and David Turner in Ardmore, OK. He passed from this life on April 13, 2023 at the age of 25.

Samuel attended Chickasha Schools and graduated in 2017. He had a love for skateboarding, fishing, and working on cars. Samuel was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Samuel was preceded in death by his grandparents Murl Jim "Papa", Laurel Kay Turner "Dindi", and Samuel David Turner III "Peepaw".

He is survived by his parents, David and Shannon Turner; sister and best friend Jacey and her husband Jimmie Phillips; brother Michael Turner; girlfriend Jordan Ericksten; daughter Adelyn Rose; nieces Sophi Rae and Brooklyn Ann (Pudge); nephew Boston; grandmother Pat Jim; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, April 20 ^th at 11:00 a.m. at the Craddock Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hickory Creek Cemetery.

Tyler Ericksten, Shelton Tyer, Chase Stowe, Barry Jim, Jimmie Phillips, and Luke King will serve as pallbearers.
