Services for Von Dale "Dodle" Dudley will be Tuesday, October 15, 2019, 10:00 AM in the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Dr. Alton Fannin officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be Monday evening from 6-7 PM at the funeral home. Dodle was born March 28, 1933 in Aylesworth, Oklahoma to Solon Stewart Dudley and Cora Ethel (Vaughn) Dudley. He passed from this life on October 11, 2019 in his home in Ardmore at the age of 86. He and Glenda June Joy were married on March 30, 1956. She preceded him in death on April 28, 2017. He retired from OG&E after many years of service. Dodle enjoyed reading his Bible. He was a member of the Slow Pokes Car Club and enjoyed going to the races, and loved to drink coffee and attend the Board Meetings at McDonald's. He loved his family and liked to spend time with them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Solon and Ethel Dudley, wife; Glenda Dudley, sister; Mary "Cissy" Morrison, and brother Johnny Dudley. He is survived by his daughter Melinda Stanley and husband Tim of Ardmore, sons; Robert Dale Dudley and wife Debbie of Yukon, OK, Steven Dudley and wife Kelli of Edmond, OK, brothers; Harold Wayne Dudley and wife Bobbye of Dickson, OK, Joe Dudley and wife Debbie of Midland, TX, grandchildren; Robert Stanley and wife Randi, Spencer Stanley, Peyton Turner and husband Kenton, Nicholas Dudley and wife Danielle, Whitney Dudley Rogers, Dakota Dudley and wife Rachel, Ty Dudley, great grandchildren; Keller Mack Stanley, Ava Stanley, Kenison Rogers, McLain Ann Dudley, caregivers; Karry Cheadle, Kim Muniz, Karlynn Cagle, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family. Pallbearers will be Dakota Dudley, Ty Dudley, Nicholas Dudley, Robert Stanley, Spencer Stanley and Kenton Turner. Honorary bearers are Kenison Rogers Keller Mack Stanley
