Funeral services for Zane Yongo Mkinga are scheduled for Friday,  3:00 p.m., August 30, 2024, in the Craddock Funeral Home Chapel. The family will host a visitation Thursday evening from 6 to 7 at the funeral home.

Zane Yongo Mkinga was born January 4, 2005, in Carrollton, TX, to Peter Mkinga and his Mother Amber (Smith) Mkinga. He passed this life on August 23, 2024, at his residence in Ardmore.

Zane moved to Ardmore with his mom in 2019.  He graduated from Ardmore High School in 2023 and was employed by TJ Maxx as a janitor and stocker. He struggled with Autism and Epilepsy his entire life, which contributed to his death. He was a loving and sweet young man with a wise soul and a love for music, dancing, and dressing up for events.  He is missed by his mother, Amber Mkinga of Ardmore, his father, Peter, his sister, Sierra of Dallas, and his extended family.

Benjamin Martinez, Miguel Salinas, Don Williamson, Sam George, Armando Salinas, Sierra Mkinga, and David Aduk will be honorary pallbearers.
