Chris Craddock
Funeral Director
Chris gruaduated from Ardmore High School in 1980. He then attended the University of Central Oklahoma graduating from the mortuary science department. He returned to Ardmore in 1983 to work with his parents, Sonny and Barbara, and his grandfather, Newman (Hoot), at their family funeral home. When he moved back to Ardmore, he first became involved with his community in the Kiwanis Club of Ardmore where he served as treasurer. In 1985, he married Wendy Washburn and they raised three beautiful children, Kyle, Kellee, and Karlee. In 1992, Chris was elected to the Ardmore City Council and served until 1996. He was the youngest person ever elected to the city council in Ardmore. He has served as President of the Ardmore Tourism Authority and was on the oversight committee for the construction of the Ardmore Convention Center. In August of 2000, Chris was appointed by Governor Frank Keeting to serve on the Oklahoma Funeral Board and he was elected as President in 2003. He was also the youngest person to be appointed by an Oklahoma Governor to serve. Chris has also served the Ardmore community as President of the Ardmore Children Shelter three different times. He is currently serving his second term with the Southern Oklahoma Ambulance Board as President and serves on the American National Bank Board.

Kyle graduated from Plainview High School in 2007. Upon graduation, he accepted a track and cross country scholarship at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee. It was in Shawnee Kyle met his wife Megan, while she was enrolled at St. Gregory's University. In December of 2011, Kyle graduated from OBU receiving a Bachelor's degree of Science in Education. Kyle then decided to join his family's business and enrolled in the funeral service program at the University of Central Oklahoma. While earning his second degree, Kyle worked at the Oklahoma Funeral Board as an intern. He graduated from UCO in the summer of 2013, earning a degree in funeral service and has been working here ever since. Kyle enjoys being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Melinda Dudley

Melinda was born in Tishomingo raised in Mannsville until the 7th grade then moved to Madill where she graduated with the class of 1988. She attended the University of Oklahoma, received her basics and completed a Bachelor of Science in Mortuary Service from the University of Central Oklahoma in the Spring of 1993. She worked in Oklahoma City until 1999 then returned home and joined our staff in 2000. In 2001, she married Heath Dudley. They live in in Dickson and have one daughter, Piper, who is their 'true miracle' and keeps them on their toes. Melinda enjoys spending time with family, friends, and coaching her daughter's YMCA basketball team, and being a volunteer for the local Girl Scout Troop 624. She has been a member of the Business and Professional Women, Kiwanis Club, Sigma Phi Sigma Funeral Fraternity, and Alpha Gamma Delta, Upsilon Chapter.
